Orders and Quotations

Quotations are valid until the expiry date shown and do not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed once you accept a quotation or approve a design and pay the required deposit or balance.

Design Approval

Production does not begin until you have approved the final design and required payment has been received. By approving a design you confirm that spelling, logos, colours, names, numbers, sizes and product details are correct — changes may not be possible once production has started.

Payment

We accept online card payment and bank transfer. Custom orders may require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided at the time of quoting and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Refunds and Returns

Custom-made products are produced to your specifications and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrect items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. See our FAQ for more detail, or contact us directly.

Intellectual Property

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, artwork or design you provide to us for production.
