Most custom orders are produced and delivered within 3-5 weeks of design approval and payment, depending on quantity and product type.
Is the mock-up really free?
Yes — we prepare a free design mock-up for every custom enquiry before you commit to an order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum for most products, though very small custom runs may cost more per item. Ready-made shop items have no minimum at all.
Can I order names and numbers?
Yes, most jerseys and teamwear support individual names and numbers — just let us know when you enquire.
What file format should my logo be?
A high-resolution PNG, JPG or vector file (AI/EPS/PDF) works best. If you're not sure, send what you have and our designers will advise.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver to all Australian states and territories.
How do I pay?
We accept online card payment as well as bank transfer for custom orders. A deposit may be required before production begins.
Can I track my order?
